Karen Ray brings over a decade of experience in property management, with a background that includes leasing, on-site management, and corporate roles in auditing and human resources. As Administrative Director, she oversees administrative operations and leads the documentation of company policies and procedures within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance across all departments.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work, is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and holds a LITHC certification. Outside of work, Karen enjoys life on her hobby farm with her three children, where she spends her time gardening, camping, and horseback riding.
