When he isn’t plugging away behind a computer, you’re likely to find him checking out new restaurants, down by the water, or playing the drums.

Thomas specializes in delivering high-performance, unthrottled internet to multifamily properties, with a portfolio of hundreds of successfully managed projects. His goal is simple: keep people connected, fast.

Ben leads sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. With over a decade of experience scaling high-performing teams in tech and real estate, Ben is known for building systems that drive growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable impact. 

Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing basketball, traveling with his wife, and hanging out with his dog, Teddy.

Daniel Reibsamen leads the technology and network strategy at Internet Subway; a modern Internet Service Provider (ISP) focused on delivering multi-gigabit internet services to apartment communities. With over 20 years of experience in software development and technology team leadership, Daniel emphasizes customer experience, ensuring a seamless blend of automation and human interaction for a smooth, secure, and streamlined process.

Daniel founded and served as President of his own technology firm and has been involved in multiple technology startups. He has also contributed to academia by serving on the Academic Advisory Board for ECPI University. Daniel holds certifications as a Developer and Database Administrator. He earned his degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.

Scott believes that high-quality finance and accounting are essential for empowering businesses to make informed, strategic decisions. Prior to joining the Internet Subway team, he spent over five years advising clients at a fractional CFO firm, with a focus on startups and services companies. Outside the office, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dachshund and plays in an adult ice hockey league.

With 28 years of experience in operations, Barbra is a results-driven leader known for building efficient systems, empowering teams, and consistently delighting customers. At Internet Subway, she brings a passion for employee development and a sharp eye for streamlining processes, helping the company grow smarter and serve better. Her commitment to operational excellence and people-first leadership is at the heart of everything she does.

Karen Ray brings over a decade of experience in property management, with a background that includes leasing, on-site management, and corporate roles in auditing and human resources. As Administrative Director, she oversees administrative operations and leads the documentation of company policies and procedures within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance across all departments.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work, is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and holds a LITHC certification. Outside of work, Karen enjoys life on her hobby farm with her three children, where she spends her time gardening, camping, and horseback riding.

Jason is a multidisciplinary designer who graduated magna cum laude with a BFA in graphic design from Virginia Commonwealth University. He manages all of Internet Subway’s marketing, branding, and design efforts across all customer touchpoints. In his free time he enjoys a casual tennis match, checking off his Criterion Collection watch list, and square-dancing.
