Our involvement began during the earliest phases of planning. By working closely with the owner, architect, and general contractor, Internet Subway ensured the low voltage plans accurately reflected a future-ready infrastructure. Every unit was wired for direct fiber access and multiple in-unit Wi-Fi access points—strategically positioned for optimal coverage and performance.
This early alignment allowed for seamless coordination of fiber pathways, cabinet placements, and Wi-Fi access point layouts. As a result, the network was designed, not retrofitted—avoiding compromises and delivering true high-performance connectivity.
Optimized for 6GHz Wi-Fi
To maximize the benefits of the 6GHz Wi-Fi spectrum, Internet Subway designed smaller, denser wireless cells within each unit. This approach minimizes signal overlap and interference while delivering exceptional speeds and low latency across every room. Residents experience consistent connectivity—whether streaming in the living room or video conferencing from a bedroom office.
Resident-Centric Experience
Every resident at Attain at Bradford Creek enjoys a 2.5 Gbps symmetrical internet connection from day one. Thanks to our direct API integration with the property management system (PMS), service is automatically activated at move-in—no calls, no setup, no waiting.
For power users, we offer personalized upgrades to 5 or even 8 Gbps plans, directly through our intuitive resident portal. The result: residents get the speed they want, when they want it.
